Adds the ability to use any image for the Throwing system

Full changelog:

• drawing tablet layer with default tablet to use (you can bring your own) -> this does support gifs
• throwing system has the same triggers as layers now for custom triggers (subs, redeems, bits, hotkeys
• updated some translations and added new ones
• fix: pause render whilst applying settings, this caused a crash sometimes
